NFL Betting Lines: Week 17 Odds, Trends, and Top Matchups Preview

The NFL regular season concludes this weekend with a few playoff spots still up for grabs.

The Tennessee Titans can book their ticket to the postseason with a win over the Jacksonville Jaguars. Tennessee is a 6-point home favorite despite having lost three straight. The Titans are 5-1 against the spread in their last six games, and as a favorite they’re 6-1 SU and 3-3-1 ATS in their last seven. Jacksonville has lost their last two road games SU and ATS, but they’ve won five straight as an underdog.

The Baltimore Ravens can also clinch a playoff spot with a win this weekend over the Cincinnati Bengals as a 10-point home favorite. Baltimore is 5-1 SU and 4-2 ATS in their last six games, and blanked the Bengals 20-0 as a 2.5-point underdog in Week 1. Cincinnati is a pathetic 3-11 SU and 6-8 ATS in their last 14 road games, but they’re 6-2 SU in their last eight versus Baltimore.

The Los Angeles Chargers and the Buffalo Bills need a win and some help if they want to get into the postseason.

The Chargers are home to the Oakland Raiders as an 8.5-point home favorite. The Chargers upset the Raiders 17-16 as a 3-point underdog in Week 6, but in their last eight home games against Oakland they’re 1-7 ATS. Oakland has lost five straight SU at 1-3-1 ATS, and on the road they’re 1-5 SU and 1-4-1 ATS in their last six.

Buffalo is a 3-point road favorite against the Miami Dolphins. The Bills have stumbled to a 3-5 record SU and ATS in their last eight games, but they’re 6-3 SU and ATS in their last nine against Miami. The Dolphins are 2-7 SU and 2-6-1 ATS in their last nine, but as a home underdog they’ve won their last two games SU.

The Atlanta Falcons are also in a win-and-in situation when they face the Carolina Panthers as a 3.5-point home favorite. Atlanta lost to Carolina 20-17 as a 3-point favorite in Week 9. Heading into this weekend’s matchup Atlanta is 3-1 SU and ATS in their last four at home, and when favored they’re 4-1 SU and 3-2 ATS in their last five. Carolina is 5-1 SU and ATS in their last six games as an underdog, and in their last nine games at Atlanta they’re 2-7 SU and ATS

The Saints will capture the NFC South title with a win over the Tampa Bay Buccaneers as a 7.5-point road favorite. New Orleans has lost their last two road games SU, but as a road favorite they’re 6-1 SU and 5-2 ATS in their last seven. Tampa Bay have lost five straight at 2-3 ATS, and in their last 12 games against the Saints they’re 2-10 SU and 5-7 ATS.

The Seattle Seahawks’ playoff hopes rely on the Falcons losing and them getting past the Arizona Cardinals as an 8-point home favorite. Seattle is only 3-5-1 ATS in their last nine games, but 6-3-1 ATS in their last 10 versus Arizona. The Cardinals are 1-5 ATS in their last six road games.
