Week 3 in the NFL was filled with major upsets. It led to another disappointing week for the favorites as they stumbled to a 9-7 record straight up and a 7-9 mark against the spread. Will the favorites finally rebound? Check out the NFL Week 4 betting preview.

Week 4 kicks off Thursday night with the Minnesota Vikings at the Los Angeles Rams as a 7-point underdog. Minnesota was shocked by the Buffalo Bills 27-6 as a 16.5-point favorite last week. Minnesota dropped to 1-5 ATS in their last six, and in their last seven as an underdog, they’re 2-5 SU and 3-4 ATS. The Rams are a perfect 3-0 SU and ATS on the season. But against Minnesota, they’ve lost five straight both SU and ATS. What should your Vikings vs. Rams pick be?

NFL Week 4 Betting Preview: Eagles Favorites on the Road

Switching to Sunday, the Philadelphia Eagles are a 4-point road favorite versus the Tennessee Titans. Philadelphia has lost two in a row ATS, and on the road they’re 1-3 ATS in their last four. The Titans are a solid 7-1 SU and 6-1-1 ATS in their last eight home games. But as a home underdog, they’re 2-18 SU and 6-13-1 ATS in their last 20.

There are two double-digit favorites on the board this week as the Green Bay Packers have been listed as 10-point home favorites against the Buffalo Bills. Meanwhile, the Los Angeles Chargers are 10.5-point home favorites versus the San Francisco 49ers.

The Packers were upset by the Washington Redskins last week dropping them to 1-5 ATS in their last six. Buffalo stunned the Vikings last week. However, in their last nine versus the Packers, they’re a lame 2-6-1 ATS.

The Chargers look to rebound from a loss to the Kansas City Chiefs last week, and they have been good at home lately at 5-1 SU and 4-2 ATS in their last six. The 49ers lost Jimmy Garoppolo for the season last week and are in trouble, having lost three straight ATS, and four in a row SU and ATS against the Chargers.

NFL Week 4 Betting Preview: Undefeated Dolphins Underdogs

In the AFC East this week, the undefeated Miami Dolphins face the New England Patriots as a 7-point road underdog. Miami has won three straight SU and ATS. But on the road they’re 1-5 SU and ATS in their last six. New England has won nine straight at home versus the Dolphins with an 8-1 mark ATS.

In this week’s Sunday nighter, the Pittsburgh Steelers host the Baltimore Ravens as a 3-point favorite. The Steelers have been an awful bet at home lately, having lost six straight ATS. Baltimore has dropped three straight SU against the Steelers, but they’re 6-2-1 ATS against them in the last nine matchups.

Week 4 concludes on Monday night with the Kansas City Chiefs at the Denver Broncos as a 5-point road favorite. The Chiefs are a stout 7-1 SU and ATS in their last eight, and against Denver, they have won five in a row SU and ATS. Denver is a money-losing 0-4-1 ATS in their last five and 2-12-1 ATS in their last 15. However, as a home underdog, Denver is a surprising 6-2 SU and ATS in their last eight games.
